Here’s how our routes, weather days, and recurring schedules work so you always know what to expect.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
If weather makes it unsafe or likely to damage your lawn, we’ll automatically shift your visit to the next available dry day and send you an updated time window. Your recurring schedule stays as close as possible to your original day of the week.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. You can skip a visit or move it to a different day with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just reply to your reminder text or contact us through the booking link, and we’ll adjust your calendar slot.
Do I have to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your yard (unlocked gate, pets secured), we can complete the work without you being home. We’ll send a quick update—and photos on eligible plans—after every visit.
Is there a contract or can I pause anytime?
There’s no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel service at any time before your next scheduled visit. Many customers pause during the off-season and resume in the spring.
How do you price my lawn if it’s larger than average?
Our packages are built around typical lot sizes. If your lawn is larger, sloped, or heavily landscaped, we’ll confirm a custom rate after your first visit or a quick on-site estimate before you commit.
